About

Hip Hop International India is the Indian qualifying event for the World Hip Hop Dance Championship held in USA Las Vegas every year. This event brings together passionate dance enthusiasts from every corner of the country, uniting them in a celebration of their shared love for the art of movement.

My Role

1. As an Events and Partnership Manager, I strategically partnered with more than 50 brands like Reebok, VH1, IBM, etc., and procured sponsorship deals to fund the Indian teams to compete at the World Championship events.

2. I led Indian teams to compete at World Championship events in USA & Canada, which inspired the Bollywood film ‘Any Body Can Dance 2’ viewed by millions worldwide and earned an estimated 15,838,313 GBP (₹167 crore) at the box office.

3. I organised more than 15 regional on-ground events across India annually while ensuring time management, risk management, team management, and production supervision.

4. I implemented marketing strategies by securing brand positioning on social media, television, radio, and newspaper, resulting in the doubling the number of team registrations for the grand finale event.
